I offer individual Person-Centred Therapy sessions, each lasting 50 minutes costing £55 per session. You can choose to meet for face-to-face sessions, in Glasgow City Centre, or opt for secure online video sessions.

I work using a Person-Centred Approach, which means you are always the expert on your own life. This humanistic approach, developed by Carl Rogers, is built on the belief that every individual has the potential for growth and positive change. This framework creates a safe environment for you to gain self-awareness, develop self-acceptance, and find your own solutions.

This conversation can be held either online or by telephone. It is an opportunity for us to meet, for you to ask any questions you may have about the process or my approach, and for us to check if we feel comfortable working together.
